Terms of service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Traders Proxy, including visiting the website, creating an account, creating a free Try account, purchasing a plan, or using the dashboard or proxy services, you agree to these Terms and to any policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a plan.

2. The service

Traders Proxy provides a network proxy relay service tuned for trading platforms. The service works with any trading platform with a SOCKS5 or HTTP proxy setting, such as MetaTrader 4 and 5, TradingView Desktop and Optuma, and Telegram on eligible plans.

The service includes the website, dashboard, account management, billing flows, and the relay infrastructure. We may change the product, features, supported protocols, node locations, or service architecture at any time. Features may be withdrawn, renamed, or replaced without prior notice when operationally necessary.

3. Accounts

Each account is for personal use by one individual. The following rules apply,

• One account per person. You may not create multiple accounts to get more than one free Try account, avoid plan limits, or circumvent enforcement actions.
• No credential sharing. You may not share your account credentials, proxy credentials, or session tokens with other people.
• No resale. You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute access to the service.
• Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years old. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. We may use session cookies, device binding, IP reputation tracking, CSRF protections, and other controls to protect the platform.

4. Plans, billing, and refunds

Current subscription plans and their pricing, billed in US dollars (USD),

• Solo, $9 a month or $90 a year. 1 device. Starts at once and is billed on sign-up.
• Duo, $15 a month or $150 a year. 2 devices. Starts at once and is billed on sign-up.
• Desk, $25 a month or $250 a year. 5 devices. Starts at once and is billed on sign-up.
• Founder 50, $599 once. One payment, no renewal, for as long as Traders Proxy runs the service (see Section 4.3).
• Try, free. One device, any trading platform with a proxy setting, 250 MB a month on our New York server, and it does not ask for a card. One free account per person.

You choose monthly or yearly at checkout. A yearly price is ten months for twelve, so two months are free. A monthly plan is charged each month and renews monthly. A yearly plan is charged once a year and renews yearly, at the yearly price, on its renewal date. Founder 50 is a single payment and does not renew.

Each plan has a monthly full-speed allowance, a managed speed after it and, except Founder 50, a cut-off, Solo 2 GB then 1.5 Mbps, cut off at 4 GB. Duo 5 GB then 2 Mbps, cut off at 10 GB. Desk 10 GB then 2.5 Mbps, cut off at 20 GB. Allowances reset each calendar month (UTC).

Checkout is handled by Stripe. By purchasing a plan, you authorise the applicable payment processor to charge the fee to the payment method you provide at checkout.

4.1 Try plan

The Try plan is free. It includes one device, any trading platform with a proxy setting, and 250 MB of data a month on our New York server. It does not ask for a card.

When a Try account has used 250 MB in a calendar month (UTC), it is cut off until the next month starts. To keep connecting without upgrading, turn off the proxy setting in your trading platform.

You can upgrade a Try account to a paid plan at any time from your dashboard.

One free Try account is allowed per person. We may close duplicate free accounts.

4.2 Refunds

If your platform can’t connect through us and support can’t fix it, we refund your first payment within 7 days of your first charge on a monthly plan (Solo, Duo or Desk), or within 14 days of your first payment on a yearly plan or of purchase for Founder 50. Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded too. Renewals, monthly or yearly, and partly used periods are not refunded except where required by consumer law. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We also refund these cases,

• A charge taken after you asked support to cancel.
• A fault we can’t fix. If our server in your broker’s city stops working and no other city works with your broker, the part of your paid period you couldn’t use.
• If we close your account without a breach by you, the unused part of your paid period.

To ask for a refund, ask support on the contact page or in your dashboard. How it works is set out in the refund policy.

4.3 Founder 50 specific terms

Founder 50 is a one-time purchase at $599 USD covering 5 devices at once, Telegram’s own proxy type on 2 devices, and 25 GB a month at full speed, then 3 Mbps, never cut off (see the Founder 50 page). Additional terms specific to Founder 50,

• Offered manually or by campaign without an automated public seat counter.
• Non-transferable. The seat is tied to your Stripe customer ID and purchase email. You may not sell, transfer, or assign it.
• Personal use only. One individual, one seat. Not for resale or multi-user sharing.
• “Lifetime” means the operating lifetime of the Traders Proxy service, not a person’s lifetime or a fixed number of years.
• Founder 50 is a one-time purchase for as long as Traders Proxy runs the service. If the service closes, refunds are limited to what the Australian Consumer Law requires. The 14-day first-payment refund rule in Section 4.2 still applies.

4.4 Price changes

We may adjust pricing for future billing cycles by posting updated pricing on the site or providing notice where required by law. Price changes do not affect Founder 50 access.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time in your dashboard, with no call, form or email asking why.

Cancellation stops your next renewal, monthly or yearly. Your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle, which is the month or the year you paid for. Renewals are not refunded, so stop renewal in your dashboard before your renewal date.

6. Acceptable use

Traders Proxy is a network relay service built for trading-related traffic. Permitted traffic includes connections from MT4, MT5, and other trading terminals, as well as Telegram for trading signal rooms on eligible plans.

The following uses are prohibited,

• Bulk downloading, torrenting, or using the service as a general-purpose internet proxy.
• Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction unrelated to trading.
• Any illegal activity or content, including unlicensed financial services, market manipulation, or fraud.
• Abuse, spam, credential stuffing, or unauthorised access attempts against any system.
• Reverse engineering or circumventing technical controls without written permission.
• Any use that creates legal, regulatory, or operational risk for Traders Proxy or our infrastructure providers.
• Any use that materially degrades the service for other customers.

Broker terms responsibility. Routing your trading traffic through Traders Proxy does not circumvent any obligation you have under your broker’s or prop firm’s terms of service. Compliance with your broker’s rules is your responsibility. We make no representation about whether any broker or prop firm permits or prohibits the use of proxy services.

7. Logging and telemetry

On our SOCKS5 and HTTP proxy relay (including the one-tap Telegram SOCKS5 link), we never record or decrypt what is inside your encrypted trading traffic. For an unencrypted HTTP web request, our relay reads the first request’s headers to route it. Our Telegram MTProto proxy builds on the open-source mtg project and is separate from our Go relay.

We do collect operational data needed to run the platform. Security events, login activity, IP addresses, user agent strings, session state, device binding data, usage totals, bandwidth consumed, node metrics, and related support and abuse records. This data is used for billing, diagnostics, security, and dispute handling as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. IP address policy

Traders Proxy operates on a shared IP model. Your broker sees one steady server address in the city you pick, shared with other Traders Proxy customers and never private or residential. That address changes if you switch city, or if a server is replaced.

If your trading setup or prop firm requires a single-user private or residential IP address, do not use Traders Proxy on that account.

9. Availability and service level

The service is provided on a best-effort, as-available basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific latency levels, or compatibility with any particular trading strategy. Networks, infrastructure, and upstream vendors can fail without warning. We may patch, maintain, migrate, or retire parts of the service when needed for security, performance, or compliance.

Except for the refunds set out in our refund policy and any mandatory rights under consumer law, we do not offer SLA credits or compensation for downtime or service interruptions.

10. Ownership and feedback

We and our licensors own the website, dashboard, brand, software, content, and other materials we provide. No ownership interest transfers to you beyond the limited right to use the service for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

If you send feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them without restriction or compensation, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access immediately if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, exposed us or others to legal or operational harm, or used the service for unlawful purposes.

You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling from your dashboard. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination, including unpaid fees, indemnity obligations, and provisions that by their nature survive termination.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not promise that the service will improve execution quality, increase profitability, or meet any particular trading outcome. Any descriptions on the site explain the routing mechanism and are not guarantees of trading results.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traders Proxy and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, loss of trading opportunities, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three calendar months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by law if higher. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. Those limitations apply only to the extent permitted in your jurisdiction.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Traders Proxy and its affiliates from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or regulation, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia for any disputes arising under these Terms that are not otherwise resolved under Section 16.

If mandatory consumer protections, arbitration requirements, or other local rules apply in your jurisdiction, those rules will apply to the extent required by law and will take precedence over this section.

16. Dispute resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, we ask that you ask support, using the details in Section 18, to describe your complaint. We will make a genuine effort to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Commonwealth of Australia, subject to any mandatory arbitration, small claims, or consumer-protection rules that apply in your jurisdiction.

If you have a billing issue or were charged by mistake, ask support first so we can issue a refund under our refund policy. If you dispute a charge with your bank, we may pause your account until the dispute is settled. Ask support first and we can usually refund an eligible charge faster.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page, update the “last updated” date, and post a notice in the customer dashboard.

Continued use of the service after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

18. Contact

For questions about these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or account-related matters, ask support on the contact page or in your dashboard. Traders Proxy sends no email. [email protected] receives legal notices only. It doesn’t reply.
